GOGOLFEST.BABILON welcomes the improvisation performance "Femminile” staged by Motion Mode Dance Theatre. The project became a landmark event for the theatre. It is the first step in the MMDT history – collaboration of open-minded, freedom-loving dancers, equal partners where everyone has an opportunity to lead, to choreograph, to present own ideas.
Director Oskaras Korsunovas and actor Juozas Budraitis have fostered the idea to stage Samuel Beckett’s “Krapp’s Last Tape” for over two decades. The selected piece is one of the cult works of absurdism classics, centered on a delicate question of human ageing. An old person on a stage is recalling bygone life events, listening to tape recordings of his own voice.
